EURAZEO, IDI AND IDINVEST MANAGEMENT ENTER EXCLUSIVE DISCUSSIONS FOR EURAZEO TO ACQUIRE IDINVEST PARTNERS
Paris, December 29, 2017 - Eurazeo S.E., IDI and Idinvest management team have entered exclusive discussions for Eurazeo to acquire Idinvest Partners. Following the envisaged transaction, Eurazeo would own approximately 70% of the company alongside management team. Idinvest's independent management organization would remain in place with the same team responsible for operations.
Idinvest Partners is a mid-market investment leader in France and Europe with teams focused on innovation and growth capital, private debt, and private funds. The company manages almost €7billion for insurance companies and leading institutional investors, as well as on behalf of 80,000 private individuals. Founded under the name AGF Private Equity in 1997, it became an independent firm in 2010. Idinvest has nearly 90 employees and offices in Paris, Frankfurt, Madrid, and Shanghai. Its teams and performance track record are consistently among the best in the market over the past 20 years.
