EURAZEO COMPLETES ITS INVESTMENT IN NOVACAP
Eurazeo today announced the acquisition of 67% of the capital of Novacap alongside Mérieux Développement (9%), Ardian (18%) and management (6%). Eurazeo has invested €160 million in equity for an enterprise value of €654 million (to which an additional amount of up to €30 million could be added in 2018 depending on the company's performance).
The acquisition debt represents €435 million and the company will have a credit facility of €90 million dedicated to the financing of its investments and external growth.
