SALE OF FONCIA
Eurazeo today announced the effective sale of its investment in Foncia to funds managed and/or advised by Partners Group under the terms and conditions disclosed on July 5, 2016.
Under the impetus of Eurazeo and Bridgepoint, Foncia has radically transformed, becoming the reference in real estate services in terms of service quality, client satisfaction and innovation.
This sale will generate net proceeds of €469 million and an investment multiple of 2.4x for Eurazeo. At the close of the transaction, Eurazeo's net cash and cash equivalents will amount to around €770 million.
