Successful refinancing of Eurazeo's one billion euro syndicated credit facility

Eurazeo has renewed early its one billion euro syndicated revolving credit facility that was due to mature in June 2016.

With this new five-year facility, comprising two one-year extension options, subject to the lenders' approval, i.e. seven years in total, Eurazeo retains significant financial flexibility while securing attractive and substantially improved financial terms and conditions.

The success of this operation bears witness to the confidence of leading banks and the market in the Company and its financial solidity.

The syndication banks are:

  • Mandated Arrangers and Bookrunners: BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Invesment Bank, Groupe Crédit Mutuel - CIC, Natixis and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking

  • Mandated Arranger: HSBC France

  • Participants: Intesa Sanpaolo, Banque Palatine, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and The Royal Bank of Scotland.
