Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM: ENET.L; OTCQB: ENETF), a leading supplier of networking processing semiconductor technology ported on FPGA (field programmable gate array) for virtualised networking appliances, received notification on 9 October 2022 from 5G Innovation Leaders Fund, LLC (the "Investor") that the Investor's voting rights over the Company's ordinary shares at that date were between 4% and 5% of the Company's total issued share capital.
