Ethernity Networks Limited (AIM: ENET.L; OTCMKTS: ENETF), announces that it was notified on 17 May 2026 that David Levi, Chief Executive Officer, has sold 6,860,000 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following the transaction, David Levi now holds 966,662,797 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.65% of the Company's issued share capital.

The sale was undertaken in connection with the closure of an investment account through which the shares had previously been acquired by Mr Levi in December 2024.
