Director dealings
Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM: ENET.L), a leading supplier of networking processing semiconductor technology ported on FPGA (field programmable gate array) for virtualised networking appliances, has today been informed of the following transactions in the ordinary shares of NIS 0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by certain Directors of the Company.
Yosi Albagli, Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 18.6p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Albagli is now interested in 47,106 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
David Levi, CEO, has today purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 18.59p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Levi is now interested in 9,587,160 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 12.72% of the Company's issued share capital.
