Genova, 13 dicembre 2018 – ERG S.p.A. rende noto il calendario degli eventi societari per l'esercizio 2019, approvato oggi dal Consiglio di Amministrazione.
Si ricorda che il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha deliberato ai sensi dell'art. 82-ter del Regolamento Emittenti, di continuare a predisporre, in via volontaria, i resoconti intermedi di gestione (al 31 marzo e al 30 settembre) in linea con i contenuti dei resoconti intermedi degli esercizi precedenti – conformemente ai criteri di valutazione e di misurazione stabiliti dagli International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) – che verranno approvati e conseguentemente pubblicati in continuità con l'informativa fino ad oggi data al mercato, ovvero entro 45 giorni dalla chiusura del primo e del terzo trimestre dell'esercizio.

Genoa, 13 December 2018 – ERG S.p.A announces its corporate calendar for the year 2019, as approved today by the Board of Directors.
It is recalled that ERG's Board of Directors, pursuant to Article 82-ter of the Issuers' Regulations, resolved to continue preparing, on a voluntary basis, interim reports on operations (at 31 March and 30 September) with contents aligned to those of previous years' interim reports – according to the valuation and measurement criteria laid down by the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) – which will be approved and subsequently published in continuity with the disclosures hitherto made to the market, namely within 45 days of the end of the first and third quarters of the financial year.
