Genova, 23 febbraio 2017 – Si rende noto che il Consiglio di Amministrazione, riunitosi oggi, ha deliberato, ai sensi dell'art. 82-ter del Regolamento Emittenti, di continuare a predisporre, in via volontaria, i resoconti intermedi di gestione (al 31 marzo e al 30 settembre) in linea con i contenuti dei resoconti intermedi degli esercizi precedenti – conformemente ai criteri di valutazione e di misurazione stabiliti dagli International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) – che verranno approvati e conseguentemente pubblicati in continuità con l'informativa fino ad oggi data al mercato, ovvero entro 45 giorni dalla chiusura del primo e del terzo trimestre dell'esercizio.
Si riporta di seguito il calendario degli eventi societari per l'esercizio 2017, già reso noto con Comunicato del 14 dicembre 2016, integrato alla luce di quanto deliberato dal Consiglio di Amministrazione in data odierna.

Genoa, 23 February 2017 – ERG's Board of Directors, at its meeting held today and pursuant to Article 82-ter of the Issuers' Regulations, resolved to continue preparing, on a voluntary basis, interim reports on operations (at 31 March and 30 September) with contents aligned to those of previous years' interim reports – according to the valuation and measurement criteria laid down by the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) – which will be approved and subsequently published in continuity with the disclosures hitherto made to the market, namely within 45 days of the end of the first and third quarters of the financial year.
Set out below is the calendar of corporate events for the year 2017, as already announced by way of Press Release dated 14/12/2016 and now completed based on the resolutions passed by today's Board of Directors Meeting.
