Genova, 14 dicembre 2016 – ERG rende noto il calendario degli eventi societari per il 2017, approvato oggi dal Consiglio di Amministrazione.
Si precisa che nelle more della decorrenza del termine di applicazione dell'art. 82-ter del Regolamento Emittenti e della determinazione in merito che verrà assunta dalla Società nel corso del primo Consiglio di Amministrazione del 2017, il calendario non include le date di approvazione dei resoconti intermedi di gestione e di presentazione dei relativi dati contabili agli analisti finanziari.

ERG, in ottemperanza a quanto prescritto dalle Istruzioni al Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., al fine di agevolare l'operatività sul mercato degli strumenti derivati (IDEM) rende noto che qualsiasi pagamento di dividendi sarà effettuato nel mese di maggio.
Si comunica che eventuali modifiche o integrazioni al calendario sopra riportato saranno rese pubbliche tempestivamente con la diffusione di un apposito comunicato stampa.

Genoa, 14 December 2016 – ERG announces its corporate calendar for the year 2017, as approved today by the Board of Directors.
It should be noted that, pending the commencement date for the term of application of Article 82-ter of the Issuers' Regulations and the decision that will be taken by the Company in such connection during the first Board of Directors Meeting to be held in 2017, the calendar does not include the dates for approval of the interim reports on operations and presentation of the related accounting data to the financial analysts.

In accordance with the Instructions accompanying the Rules of the Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., aimed at facilitating operations on the derivatives market (IDEM), ERG announces that any payment of dividends will be made in May.
Changes or additions to the above calendar, if any, will be promptly communicated by way of appropriate press release.
