Fitch conferma per ERG il rating BBB-.
Genova, 20 giugno 2019 - L'agenzia di rating Fitch Ratings ("Fitch") ha confermato per ERG S.p.A. un Long Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) di BBB- con outlook stabile ed un senior unsecured rating di BBB-.
Una conferma che riflette anzitutto la solidità del portafoglio di asset del Gruppo, prevalentemente green, con un contributo delle attività quasi-regolate pari al 70% dell'EBITDA consolidato in tutto l'arco di piano ed un quadro normativo stabile.
Il rating tiene conto inoltre degli obiettivi di crescita di ERG, nell'ambito di una strategia finanziaria chiara, che prevede un limite massimo fino a 3 volte del rapporto debito netto/EBITDA.

Fitch confirms ERG's BBB- rating.
Genoa, 20 June 2019 - Fitch Ratings ("Fitch") has confirmed ERG S.p.A.'s Long Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) at BBB- with stable outlook and senior unsecured rating at BBB-
This confirmation reflects above all the Group's robust mostly green asset portfolio, with a contribution of quasi-regulated activities corresponding to 70% of consolidated EBITDA over the entire plan period and a stable regulatory framework.
The rating also takes into account ERG's growth ambitions, in the context of a clearly stated financial policy, which envisages a ceiling of up to 3 times the net debt / EBITDA ratio.
