Progetto di fusione per incorporazione di ISAB Energy S.r.l. in ERG S.p.A.
Genova, 14 ottobre 2015 – Il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha approvato oggi, ai sensi dell'art. 2505, comma 2, del Codice Civile, il progetto di fusione per incorporazione di ISAB Energy S.r.l. in ERG S.p.A. (vedi CS del 10 agosto 2015). Il verbale della deliberazione adottata sarà messo a disposizione del pubblico nei termini e secondo le modalità previste dalle vigenti disposizioni legislative e regolamentari presso la sede della Società in Genova, Via De Marini 1, sul sito internet della Società (www.erg.it) nella sezione "CorporateGovernance/Altri documenti informativi", presso Borsa Italiana e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato Nis-Storage ().

Plan for merger by incorporation of ISAB Energy S.r.l. into ERG S.p.A.
Genoa, 14 October 2015 – The Board of Directors today approved, pursuant to Article 2505, paragraph 2 of the Italian Civil Code, the plan for merger by incorporation of ISAB Energy S.r.l. into ERG S.p.A. (see Press Release dated 10 August 2015). The minutes of the resolution adopted will be made available to the public within the deadlines and according to the procedures laid down in current legislative and regulatory provisions at the Company's registered office at Via De Marini 1, Genoa, and on the Company's website (www.erg.it) in the section "Corporate Governance/Other Information Documents", at the offices of Borsa Italiana and on the Nis-Storage authorised storage mechanism ().
