Perfezionata l'acquisizione degli asset idroelettrici italiani di E.ON per una potenza di 527 MW
Genova, 30 novembre 2015 – ERG, attraverso la controllata ERG Power Generation, ha perfezionato oggi il closing per l'acquisizione dell'intero business idroelettrico di E.ON Produzione composto da un portafoglio di impianti presenti in Umbria, Marche e Lazio, con una potenza complessiva di 527 MW. Il portafoglio di asset è composto da 16 centrali, 7 dighe, 3 serbatoi e una stazione di pompaggio.
L'acquisizione è stata parzialmente finanziata tramite l'erogazione del corporate acquisition loan di 700 milioni di Euro, sottoscritto con un pool di sette mandated lead arrangers e bookrunners italiani e internazionali (vedi CS del 6 agosto 2015).

Completed the acquisition of E.ON Italian hydroelectric integrated system with 527 MW capacity
Genoa, 30 November 2015 – ERG, through its subsidiary ERG Power Generation, has today completed the closing for the acquisition of the entire hydroelectric business of E.ON Produzione, composed of power plants located in the Italian regions of Umbria, Marche and Lazio, with an overall installed capacity of 527 MW. The portfolio of assets comprises 16 power plants, 7 dams, 3 reservoirs and a pumping station.
The acquisition has been partly financed through the drawdown of the 700 million Euro corporate acquisition loan signed with a pool of seven Italian and international mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners (see Press Release dated 6 August 2015).
This press release issued at 3.00 pm (CET) on 30 November 2015, has been prepared pursuant to the Issuers' Regulations.
