Perfezionato l'accordo per lo scioglimento della joint venture LUKERG Renew
Genova, 23 dicembre 2015 – ERG Renew e LUKOIL hanno perfezionato oggi l'accordo per lo scioglimento della joint venture paritetica creata nel 2011, con conseguente suddivisione degli asset della stessa (vedi comunicato stampa del 25 giugno 2015).
Il presente comunicato stampa, emesso il 23 dicembre 2015 alle ore 16.15 (CET), è stato redatto ai sensi del Regolamento Emittenti. Agreement finalised for the dissolution of LUKERG Renew joint venture
Genoa, 23 December 2015 – ERG Renew and LUKOIL have today finalised their agreement for the dissolution of the 50-50 joint venture set up in 2011, with consequent sharing of the assets pertaining to the same (see press release dated 25 June 2015).
This press release, issued at 4.15 p.m. (CET) on 23 December 2015, has been prepared pursuant to the Issuers' Regulations. It is available to the public at the offices of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the "Nis-Storage" authorised storage mechanism () and on the Company's website (www.erg.it), in the section "Media/Press releases".
