ERG perfeziona l'acquisto di tre parchi eolici per complessivi 34 MW in Germania.
La potenza installata nel Paese cresce a 272 MW.
Genova, 13 settembre 2019 – ERG, tramite la propria controllata ERG Windpark Beteiligungs GmbH, a seguito dell'autorizzazione da parte dell'Antitrust e del consenso delle banche finanziatrici al cambio di controllo, ha perfezionato oggi l'acquisizione da una società controllata da Aquila Capital, società di investimenti tedesca, del 100% del capitale di tre società di diritto tedesco titolari di altrettanti parchi eolici situati nella regione di Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania nel nord-est del paese (v. CS del 19 agosto 2019).
L'operazione consente ad ERG di ampliare la propria presenza nel mercato eolico on-shore tedesco portando a 272 MW la potenza installata nel Paese e di traguardare con ampio anticipo gli obiettivi di Mergers & Acquisitions previsti nel Piano Industriale a sostegno della propria crescita.

ERG completes acquisition of three wind farms in Germany with total capacity of 34 MW.
Installed power in the country increases to 272 MW.
Genoa, 13 September 2019 – ERG, through its subsidiary ERG Windpark Beteiligungs GmbH, having obtained authorisation from the antitrust authorities and agreement to the change of control on the part of the lending institutions, has today finalised the acquisition, from a company controlled by the German investment firm Aquila Capital, of a 100% equity stake in three German companies, owners of a corresponding number of wind farms located in the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania region of north-east Germany (see PR dated 19 August 2019).
The transaction will allow ERG to expand its presence in the German onshore wind power market, taking its installed power in the country to 272 MW, and to achieve well ahead of schedule the Mergers & Acquisitions objectives envisaged in the Business Plan with a view to supporting growth.
