Genova, 13 aprile 2016 – In riferimento all'acquisizione dell'80% del capitale di IP Maestrale Investments Ltd (oggi ERG Wind Investments Ltd) da International Power Consolidated Holdings Ltd (100% ENGIE), ERG rende noto di aver esercitato oggi l'opzione call sul rimanente 20% del capitale della società, così come previsto dagli accordi sottoscritti con International Power Consolidated Holdings Ltd (vedi CS del 5 dicembre 2012 e del 13 febbraio 2013).
Il presente comunicato stampa, emesso il 13 aprile 2016 alle 17.45 ore (CEST), è stato redatto ai sensi del Regolamento Emittenti. Genoa, 13 April 2016 – Regarding the acquisition from International Power Consolidated Holdings Ltd (100% ENGIE) of an 80% equity interest in IP Maestrale Investments Ltd (now called ERG Wind Investments Ltd), ERG has today exercised its call option on the remaining 20% of the company's capital, as set forth by the agreements signed with International Power Consolidated Holdings Ltd (see Press Releases dated 5 December 2012 and 13 February 2013).
This press release issued at 5,45 p.m. (CEST) on 13 April 2016, has been prepared pursuant to the Issuers' Regulations. It is available to the public at the offices of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the "Nis-Storage" authorised storage mechanism () and on the Company's website (www.erg.eu) in the section "Media/Press releases".
