Fusione per incorporazione di ERG Supply & Trading S.p.A. in ERG S.p.A.
Genova, 29 giugno 2015 – Si rende noto che oggi è stato stipulato l'atto di fusione per incorporazione di ERG Supply & Trading S.p.A. in ERG S.p.A., iscritto in pari data presso il Registro delle Imprese di Genova. Gli effetti reali della fusione decorreranno dal 1° luglio 2015, gli effetti contabili e fiscali della fusione decorreranno dal 1° gennaio 2015 (vedi CS del 12 marzo, del 23 marzo e del 24 aprile 2015).
Il presente comunicato stampa, emesso il 29 giugno 2015 alle ore 15.45 (CEST), è stato redatto ai sensi del Regolamento Emittenti. Merger by incorporation of ERG Supply & Trading S.p.A. into ERG S.p.A.
Genoa, 29 June 2015 – Notice is hereby given that the deed of merger by incorporation of ERG Supply & Trading S.p.A. into ERG S.p.A. has today been signed and filed with the Companies' Register at the Genoa Chamber of Commerce. The real effects of the merger will commence from 1 July 2015; the effects of the merger for accounting and tax purposes will commence from 1 January 2015 (see Press Releases dated 12 March, 23 March and 24 April 2015).
This press release issued at 3.45 p.m. (CEST) on 29 June 2015, has been prepared pursuant to the Issuers' Regulations. It is available to the public at the offices of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the "Nis-Storage" authorised storage mechanism () and on the Company's website (www.erg.it), in the section "Media/Press releases".
