Fusione per incorporazione di ISAB Energy S.r.l. in ERG S.p.A.
Genova, 18 dicembre 2015 – Si rende noto che il 17 dicembre u.s. è stato stipulato l'atto di fusione per incorporazione di ISAB Energy S.r.l. in ERG S.p.A., iscritto oggi presso il Registro delle Imprese di Genova. Gli effetti reali della fusione decorrono da oggi, gli effetti contabili e fiscali della fusione decorrono dal 1 gennaio 2015 (vedi CS del 6 agosto, 10 agosto e del 14 ottobre 2015).
Il presente comunicato stampa, emesso il 18 dicembre 2015 alle ore 12.00 (CET), è stato redatto ai sensi del Regolamento Emittenti. Merger by incorporation of ISAB Energy S.r.l. into ERG S.p.A.
Genoa, 18 December 2015 – Notice is hereby given that the deed of merger by incorporation of ISAB Energy S.r.l. into ERG S.p.A., signed on 17 December 2015, has been filed today with the Companies' Register at the Genoa Chamber of Commerce. The real effects of the merger commence from today; the effects of the merger for accounting and tax purposes commence from 1 January 2015 (see Press Releases dated 6 August, 10 August and 14 October 2015).
This press release issued at 12.00 p.m. (CET) on 18 December 2015, has been prepared pursuant to the Issuers' Regulations. It is available to the public at the offices of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the "Nis-Storage" authorised storage mechanism () and on the Company's website (www.erg.it), in the section "Media/Press releases".
