Determina del procuratore speciale di ERG S.p.A.

Genova, 2 luglio 2024 –- Si rende noto che la determina del procuratore speciale di ERG S.p.A., relativa all'emissione del prestito obbligazionario di importo pari ad Euro 500.000.000, della durata di 6 anni a tasso fisso, emesso nell'ambito del Programma di emissioni di prestiti obbligazionari, non convertibili e non subordinati, a medio lungo termine, da Euro 3 miliardi (vedasi CS del 26/06/2024), è a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede della Società in Genova, Via De Marini 1, sul sito internet della Società (www.erg.eu) nella sezione "Investor Relations/Indebitamento/EMTN Programme 2023-2024", presso Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it) e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato eMarket Storage ().

Resolution by ERG S.p.A.'s special attorney

Genoa, 2 July 2024 – Notice is hereby given that the resolution by the special attorney of ERG S.p.A., regarding the issuance of a 6-year fixed-rate bond for 500,000,000 Euro, issued as part of its 3 billion-Euro program of medium-long term, non-convertible and unsubordinated notes (see PR dated 26/06/2024), is available to the public at the Company's registered office in Genoa, Via De Marini 1, on the Company's website (www. erg.eu) in the "Investor Relations/debt/EMTN Programme 2023-2024" section, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it) and on the authorised eMarket Storage mechanism ().
