Perfezionata l'acquisizione di 18 impianti fotovoltaici in Italia per un totale di 34 MW
Genova, 7 luglio 2022 – ERG, tramite la propria controllata ERG Solar Holding 2 S.r.l., ha perfezionato in data odierna l'acquisizione da ABN AMRO Sustainable Impact Fund PE B.V. del 100% del capitale di MP Solar B.V., proprietaria, tramite sette società italiane, di diciotto impianti fotovoltaici in esercizio.
Gli impianti, con una potenza installata totale pari a 33,8 MW ed una produzione complessiva annua di 46 GWh, sono entrati in esercizio tra la fine del 2010 e il 2011 e beneficiano del regime tariffario di cui al cosiddetto Conto Energia (II, III e IV).
In linea con quanto già comunicato (vedi CS del 1° giugno 2022), il corrispettivo dell'operazione in termini di enterprise value al 31/12/2021 è di 128 milioni di euro e l'Ebitda 2021 è pari a 16,6 milioni di euro.

Completion of the closing for the acquisition of 18 photovoltaic systems in Italy
totalling almost 34 MW
Genoa, 7 July 2022 - ERG, through its subsidiary ERG Solar Holding 2 S.r.l., has acquired today from the ABN AMRO Sustainable Impact Fund PE B.V. the 100% of the capital of MP Solar BV, owner of eighteen photovoltaic systems in operation through seven Italian SPVs.
The plants, for a total installed capacity of 33.8 MW and overall annual production of 46 GWh, were put into service between the end of 2010 and 2011, and benefit from the Conto Energia (II, III, IV) tariff regime.
As previously announced (see press release on June 1st, 2022), the transaction amount in terms of enterprise value as of 31/12/2021 is €128 million, and the 2021 EBITDA is €16.6 million.
