Genova, 9 settembre 2021 –- Si rende noto che la determina del procuratore speciale di ERG S.p.A. relativa all'emissione del prestito obbligazionario di importo pari ad Euro 500.000.000 della durata di 10 anni a tasso fisso, emesso nell'ambito del Programma Euro Medium Term Notes (EMTN) da Euro 3 miliardi (vedasi CS dell'8/9/2021) è a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede della Società in Genova, Via De Marini 1, sul sito internet della Società (www.erg.eu) nella sezione "Investor Relations/Indebitamento", presso Borsa Italiana S.p.A. e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato eMarket Storage ().
