ERG Renew: 177.5 million Zloty project financing for the Radziejow wind farm in Poland

Genoa, 4 November 2015 – EW Orneta 2 (100% ERG Renew), owner of the wind farm located in the Polish municipality of Radziejow, has today signed a project financing agreement. The plant came on stream at the beginning of the third quarter 2015 with an installed capacity of 42 MW.

The loan, for the total amount of 177.5 million Zloty (approximately 42 million Euro based on today's exchange rate), has a tenor of 14 years and has been signed by ING Bank, ING Bank Slaski and Bank Pekao, a member of UniCredit Group, as Mandated Lead Arrangers. ING Bank Slaski also acts as Agent Bank and Bank Pekao as Account Bank.
