Genova, 13 luglio 2016 – ERG S.p.A. rende noto che Massimo Derchi, Amministratore Delegato di ERG Renew S.p.A. e Dirigente con responsabilità strategiche, ha rassegnato le dimissioni da tutte le cariche ricoperte per cogliere nuove opportunità professionali all'esterno del Gruppo ERG.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di ERG Renew S.p.A., riunitosi oggi, ha pertanto provveduto a nominare Amministratore Delegato Luca Bettonte, già Amministratore Delegato di ERG S.p.A., e a cooptare quale Consigliere di ERG Renew S.p.A. Pietro Tittoni, Dirigente con responsabilità strategiche, al quale è stato attribuito il ruolo di Direttore Generale.
Tutti i componenti del Consiglio di Amministrazione e del Collegio Sindacale di ERG S.p.A, esprimono i più sinceri ringraziamenti per il proficuo lavoro svolto insieme in questi anni e formulano i migliori auguri per le future sfide manageriali del suo nuovo percorso professionale.

Genoa, 13 July 2016 – ERG S.p.A. has announced that Massimo Derchi, Managing Director of ERG Renew S.p.A. and Executive with strategic responsibilities, has tendered his resignation from all offices held in order to pursue new professional opportunities outside the ERG Group.
The Board of Directors of ERG Renew S.p.A., which met today, has therefore appointed as Managing Director Luca Bettonte, already Chief Executive Officer of ERG S.p.A., and co-opted as Director of ERG Renew S.p.A. Pietro Tittoni, Executive with Strategic Responsibilities, who has been assigned to the position of Chief Operating Officer.
All members of ERG S.p.A.'s Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors convey their warm appreciation for the rewarding work performed together over the years and offer their sincere good wishes for the future managerial challenges that await Massimo Derchi along his new professional path.
