MESSA A DISPOSIZIONE DEL VERBALE DEL CONSIGLIO DI AMMINISTRAZIONE DEL 22 FEBBRAIO 2022 E DEL NUOVO STATUTO

Equita Group S.p.A. (la "Società") comunica che il Verbale del Consiglio di Amministrazione del 22 febbraio 2022, data in cui è stato deliberato – sulla base della delega conferita dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti in data 16 aprile 2018 – l'aumento gratuito del capitale sociale ex artt. 2443 e 2349 del c.c. a servizio del piano d'incentivazione denominato "Piano Equita Group basato su strumenti finanziari 2019-2021", è a disposizione del pubblico, insieme al nuovo Statuto, sul sito internet della Società (sezione Corporate Governance), presso la sede sociale e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio eMarket Storage.

(the "Company") announces that the minutes of the Board of Directors' Meeting of 22 February 2022 – where the Company resolved upon the free share capital increase pursuant to art. 2443 and 2349 of the Italian Civil Code to assign shares to the beneficiaries of the incentive plan "2019-2021 Equita Group Plan based on financial instruments", exercising the mandate conferred by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 16 April 2018 – is available to the public, jointly with the new By-laws, at the Company's registered office, on the storage system eMarket Storage and on the Company's website (www.equita.eu, Corporate Governance section).
