Adesione di due soci al Patto Parasociale Equita Group

In data 27 settembre 2022, i due azionisti di Equita Group S.p.A. ("Equita Group" o la "Società") Paolo Pendenza e Fabrizio Viola hanno aderito integralmente al Patto Parasociale Equita Group (il "Patto"), quest'ultimo sottoscritto in data 10 febbraio 2022 da altri 27 azionisti della Società ed entrato in vigore lo scorso 1° agosto 2022.

Per effetto della suddetta adesione, al Patto (rilevante ai sensi dell'articolo 122, comma 1 e comma 5, lett. a) b), c) e d) del TUF) sono ora conferite n. 16.992.349 azioni ordinarie della Società (33,4% del capitale sociale) e n. 32.957.863 diritti di voto (45,4% del totale dei diritti di voto).

Two shareholders subscribe to the Equita Group Shareholders' Agreement

On 27 September 2022, Paolo Pendenza and Fabrizio Viola, shareholders of Equita Group S.p.A. ("Equita Group" or the "Company"), subscribed to the so-called "Equita Group Shareholders' Agreement" (the "Pact"). The Pact was subscribed by 27 managers, all shareholders, on 10 Febraury 2022 and entered into force on 1 August 2022.

Following the enter of the above-named shareholders, the Pact (relevant under Article 122, paragraphs 1 and 5, letters a) b), c) and d) of the TUF) represents today No. 16,992,349 ordinary shares of the Company (33.4% of the share capital) and No. 32,957,863 voting rights (45.4% of the total voting rights).
