Closing of the acquisition by Equita SIM S.p.A. of the business unit related to Brokerage & Primary Market and Market Making activities carried out by Nexi S.p.A.
Milan, May 31st 2018
Milan, May 31st 2018 – Today, Equita SIM S.p.A. ("Equita SIM"), fully owned by Equita Group S.p.A. ("Equita Group"), has completed the acquisition from Nexi S.p.A. ("Nexi") of the business unit related to the Brokerage & Primary Market and Market Making activities currently carried out by Nexi ("Business Unit").
Thanks to the acquisition of the business unit, Equita SIM will access to complementary segments to its business and consolidate its positioning in the equity and bond brokerage market.
