BORSA ITALIANA GRANTED THE ADMISSION TO LISTING OF THE ORDINARY SHARES OF EQUITA GROUP ON THE MTA, STAR SEGMENT

FILING WITH BORSA ITALIANA OF THE REQUEST FOR THE ADMISSION TO TRADING OF THE ORDINARY SHARES OF EQUITA GROUP

Milan, October 15th 2018

Equita Group S.p.A. ("Equita Group"), listed company on the AIM Italia – Mercato Alternativo del Capitale, announces that today Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Borsa Italiana") granted the admission to listing of the ordinary shares of Equita Group on the MTA market ("MTA"), STAR segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Borsa Italiana").

Equita Group also announces that today the request for the admission to trading of the ordinary shares of Equita Group on MTA, STAR segment, has been filed with Borsa Italiana.

The effectiveness of the Borsa Italiana's admission to listing is subject to the filing with Consob of the Prospectus for the admission to listing of the above-mentioned shares.

Equita Group is assisted by Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A. as sponsor and specialist.
