CONSOB APPROVED THE PROSPECTUS FOR THE ADMISSION TO LISTING OF THE ORDINARY SHARES OF EQUITA GROUP ON THE MTA, STAR SEGMENT
PUBLICATION OF THE PROSPECTUS
Milan, October 19 th 2018
Following the press release published on October 15th, 2018, Equita Group S.p.A. ("Equita Group"), listed company on the AIM Italia – Mercato Alternativo del Capitale ("AIM Italia"), announces that on October 18th , 2018, Consob, with notice n. 0416585/18, approved the prospectus for the admission to listing of the ordinary shares of Equita Group on the Italian Equities Market ("MTA"), STAR segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (the "Prospectus").
The Prospectus has been filed to Consob today and is available at the registered offices of Equita Group (Milan, via Filippo Turati no. 9), as well as on the website of Equita Group (www.equita.eu), according to applicable law and regulatory provisions.
Trading of the ordinary shares of Equita Group on the MTA, STAR segment, and simultaneous exclusion from trading on AIM Italia will be disposed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. with specific provision.
Equita Group is assisted by Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A. as sponsor and specialist.
