Notification of Release of Shares from Escrow

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, EP&T Global Limited (ASX: EPX) advises that 833,335 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from ASX mandated escrow on 7 April 2022 and that 783,335 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from ASX mandated escrow on 9 April 2022.

An Appendix 2A will be lodged with the ASX to request the quotation of these shares.

64,625,870 fully paid ordinary shares remain subject to mandatory and voluntary escrow.

This announcement has been approved for release by the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
