CLEANSING NOTICE

EPX Limited (ASX Code: EPX)

Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

This notice is given by EPX Limited (ASX: ‘EPX’) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (‘Corporations Act’).

EPX advises that:

1. EPX has issued 105,126 ordinary shares to Executive Management of the Company having met their Short Term Incentives for Financial Year 2025. The Executive Management team members elected to convert their Short Term Incentive to EPX Limited shares at $0.225 per share. The Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;
2. as at the date of this notice, EPX has complied with:
   a. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to EPX; and
   b. section 674 and section 674A of the Corporations Act; and
3. as at the date of this notice, there is no ‘excluded information’ (as that term is defined in section 708A(7) of the Corporations Act) to the disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
