Notification of Release of Shares from Escrow

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, EP&T Global Limited (ASX: EPX) advises that 51,096 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from ASX mandated escrow on 3 May 2022 and that 5,657,077 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from ASX mandated escrow on 10 May 2022.

An Appendix 2A will be lodged with the ASX to request the quotation of these shares.

58,917,697 fully paid ordinary shares remain subject to mandatory and voluntary escrow.

This announcement has been approved for release by the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
