Notification of Release of Shares from Voluntary Escrow

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, EP&T Global Limited (ASX: EPX) advises that 23,460,000 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from escrow at 4.15pm on 27 August 2021. These shares are already quoted on the ASX.

93,077,533 fully paid ordinary shares remain subject to mandatory and voluntary escrow.

This announcement has been approved for release by the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
