CHANGE OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

9 February 2026 EPX Limited (ASX: ‘ EPX’ ) announces, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, the resignation of Andrew Kabega as joint Company Secretary and the appointment of Stuart Roberts to this position of joint Company Secretary, with change effective 9 February 2026.

EPX further advises, in accordance with Listing Rule 12.6, that Stuart Roberts is the person responsible for communication with the ASX regarding ASX Listing Rule matters effective 9 February 2026.
