Resignation of Non-Executive Director

EP&T Global Limited (ASX: EPX) advises that that Stephe Wilks has resigned as a NonExecutive Director, effective immediately.
Chair, Jonathan Sweeney said “When Stephe and I first discussed him joining the Board, EPX was planning to embark on a growth path. However, due to our focus on achieving operating cashflow breakeven as soon as possible, our growth, whilst still a focus of the company, is being managed within our immediate cashflows. After discussions with Stephe, we agreed his role would necessarily be more limited than intended in the near term, and so he has decided to resign. On behalf of the Board, I wish him the best for the future and thank him for his contribution.”
