ePrice comunica di aver ricevuto, dal socio Arepo BZ Sarl, richiesta di integrazione dell'ordine del giorno dell'Assemblea degli azionisti della Società, già convocata per il giorno 12 novembre 2019, mediante l'aggiunta del seguente argomento di parte ordinaria:

Azione di responsabilità ex art. 2393 del codice civile nei confronti dell'amministratore dott. Paolo Guglielmo Luigi Ainio. Delibere inerenti e/o conseguenti.

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione sarà convocato nei prossimi giorni per le opportune valutazioni e determinazioni.

REQUEST OF INTEGRATION OF THE AGENDA FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF NOVEMBER 12, 2019

ePrice announces that it was received, from the shareholder Arepo BZ Sarl, request for integration of the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting of the Company, already called for 12 November 2019, through the addition of the following ordinary part topic:

Liability action pursuant to art. 2393 of the civil code against the director Mr. Paolo Guglielmo Luigi Ainio. Related and / or consequent resolutions.

The Board of Directors will be convened in the coming days for the appropriate assessments and determinations.
