Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we hereby inform you that the board of directors of the EPL Limited ("Company"), based on the recommendations of the nomination and remuneration committee, at its meeting held today, i.e. 13 April 2023, has appointed Mr. Keyur Doshi as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 13 April 2023.
The requisite details as per Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with Schedule Ill thereof and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9 September 2015 are enclosed as Annexure I.
