Sir/ Madam,
This is with reference to our intimation filed on March 29, 2026, whereby it was informed that the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) had, at its meeting held on March 29, 2026, considered and approved the Scheme (as described hereinabove), subject to necessary statutory and regulatory approvals under the applicable laws, including approval of/ from the Hon’ble Competition Commission of India (“CCI”).
In that regard, in terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 (“SEBI Circular”), we wish to inform you that CCI has, vide its letter dated May 26, 2026, conveyed its approval to the Scheme (“the Combination”) under Section 31(1) of the Competition Act, 2002. The detailed order of CCI is awaited.
The requisite details, in terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations and the said SEBI Circular, are included in Annexure A enclosed herewith, along with the copy of CCI letter approving the Combination.

इस संबंध में, आपको एतद् द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि आयोग ने अपनी 26.05.2026 को आयोजित बैठक में प्रस्तावित संयोजन पर विचार किया और इसे अधिनियम की धारा 31 की उपधारा (1) के अंतर्गत अनुमोदित कर दिया है।

Reference is invited to the notice (bearing Registration No. C-2026/04/1403) filed by Indovida India Private Limited, EPL Limited and Indorama Netherlands B.V. on 01st April 2026, under sub-section (2) of Section 6 of the Competition Act, 2002 (Act).
