This is to inform the shareholders of the Company that in pursuit of paperless communication and in terms of applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013, Rules made thereunder and statutory provisions, the company may serve documents such as notice of meetings, annual reports, notices of postal ballot and other official communication to shareholders in electronic mode / through email. In order to provide better and efficient service to the shareholders, we request shareholders to register their email as mentioned below. By registering your e-mail, you will be able to receive communication and documents promptly and without loss in postal transit. You can have it handy in inbox.

Shares in physical form: Shareholders holding shares in physical form, can register / update email address with the Company by sending a request at complianceofficer@eplglobal.com mentioning folio, full name and contact detail.

Shares in demat / electronic form: In case of shares in demat / electronic form, we request you kindly register, if not registered so far, email address with your Depository Participant (DP). In case of change of your email, kindly register / update new email with your DP.

The Company has already sent an email intimation in this regard to the shareholders on 02 June 2021, to register / update their email address. Shareholders can also visit the website of Company's Share Transfer Agent (STA) Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. https://bigshareonline.com/ InvestorRegistration.aspx to register their email address.

The shareholders may note that Ministry of Corporate Affair (MCA) vide its Circular dated 13 April 2020 and other relevant circulars has allowed the Companies to issue notices / postal ballot notices only to those whose emails are registered. This is also opportunity being given to shareholders to register / update their emails which would enable shareholders to receive Annual Report / notices / postal ballots notices as may be proposed by the Company time to time including during Covid-19 pandemic or during lockdown or as may be permitted otherwise also.

Shareholders who have registered their email with STA / DP will continue to receive communication through email.

कंपनीच्या सर्व भागधारकांना येथे सूचित करण्यात येत आहे की, कागदरहीत पत्र व्यवहार करण्यास आणि कंपनी कायदा २०१३ च्या लागू तरतुदी तसेच त्यातील नियमाअंतर्गत व वैधानिक तरतृदीनुसार कंपनीने सभेची सूचना, वार्षिक अहवाल, टपाल मतदान सूचना व इतर अधिकृत पत्र व्यवहार भागधारकांना विद्युत स्वरुपात/ ई-मेलमार्फत करण्याचे निश्चित केले आहे. भागधारकांना उत्तम सुविधा व वेळेवर साहय्य तरतदीसाठी आम्ही भागधारकांना विनंती करीत आहोत की, त्यांनी खाली नमुदप्रमाणे त्यांचे ई-मेल नोंद करावेत. तुमचे ई-मेल नोंद केल्याने तुम्हाला टपाल दळणवळणाचे विलंब व हानीशिवाय त्वरीत पत्र व्यवहार व दस्तावेज प्राप्त करणे शक्य होईल. तुम्हाला ते इनबॉक्समध्ये सहज उपलब्ध होईल.

भागधारकांनी कृपया नोंद घ्यावी की. सहकार मंत्रालयाने (एमसीए) त्यांचे परिपत्रक दिनांक १३ एप्रिल, २०२० व अन्य इतर आवश्यक परिपत्रकानुसार कंपन्यांना ज्यांचे ई-मेल नोंद आहेत त्यांनाच सूचना/टपाल मतदान सूचना वितरणाची अनुमती दिली आहे. भागधारकांना येथे संधी प्राप्त होत आहे की, त्यांनी त्यांचे ई-मेल नोंद/ अद्यायावत करावेत, ज्यामुळे भागधारकांना वेळोवेळी कंपनीद्वारे नियोजित असणारे वार्षिक अहवाल/नोटीसेस/टपाल मतदान सूचना तसेच कोविड-१९ महामारी दरम्यान किंवा लॉकडाऊन दरम्यान किंवा अन्य विहित पद्धतीने प्राप्त करणे शक्य होईल.

ज्या भागधारकांनी एसटीए/डीपी यांच्याकडे ई-मेल नोंद केलेले आहेत त्यांना ई-मेलने पत्र व्यवहार यापुढेही अविरत सुरू राहील.
