Sub.: Intimation for Board Meeting, Interim dividend and investors call, pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Dear Sirs,
This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 10 November 2021, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial results of the Company's India standalone and consolidated of global operation for the second quarter and half year ended 30 September 2021.
Further, the Board of Directors of the Company will consider to declare Interim Dividend on paid up equity share capital of the Company. The Interim Dividend, if declared by the Board, shall be payable to equity shareholders, whose name appear in beneficiaries record I register of members as on 19 November 2021 being the record date for the said purpose.
This is also to inform you that, Trading Window in respect to dealing with shares/ securities of the Company has already been closed for specified and designated persons as per the Company's insider trading code and will reopen from expiry of forty-eight hours after the announcement of the above mentioned financial results.
This is to inform you that after the aforesaid meeting, the Company has arranged for Analysts/Investors Conference call on 10 November 2021, detail of which is attached herewith.
The above is pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, for your information and record.
