This is in reference to the privately placed rated, listed, unsecured, Redeemable, nonconvertible Debentures, of Rs. 10 Crores, 100 units of Rs. 10,00,000/- each, (NCDs) issued by EPL Limited (the "Company") and listed on the WDM Segment of BSE Limited.
