Sir/ Madam,

This is in terms of the above referred provisions of the SEBI LODR Regulations and in furtherance of our intimation filed earlier today i.e. on March 29, 2026 (“said intimation”), whereby it has been intimated that the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) has, at its meeting held today i.e. on March 29, 2026 (“said meeting”), considered and approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Indovida India Private Limited (Transferor Company) with EPL Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders (“Scheme of Amalgamation”).

In that regard, we wish to inform you that the Company has organised a Conference Call for the Analysts/ Investors (“Conference Call”) on Monday, March 30, 2026, to discuss about the Scheme of Amalgamation.

Further, we wish to inform that this Conference Call has emanated from the matter approved by the Board in its meeting held today (whereby the Board has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation, details of which are provided vide a separate intimation as mentioned above), and accordingly, the Conference Call is being scheduled at a shorter notice.

We confirm that the Conference Call will not be preceded or succeeded by any one-to-one meetings with Analysts/ Investors.
