Sub.: Appointment of Mr. Dhaval Buch as a Director

Dear Sirs,

This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Dhaval Buch, as an Additional Director of the Company wef 19 April 2021. The said appointment is in the category of Non-Executive - Non Independent Director.

Mr. Dhaval is not a relative of any Director and key managerial personnel of the Company and he is not holding any equity share in the Company.

This is to affirm that the above mentioned Director is not debarred from holding office of Director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other such authority.

Profile: Mr. Dhaval is a senior advisor to Blackstone and also consults with several Indian multinationals. Prior to this, Dhaval was the Global Chief Procurement Officer for Unilever – a company where he has had a three-decade long career. During this time, he led the Supply Chain for Asia/Africa for Unilever and also spent 20 + years in different supply chain roles in Hindustan Unilever, culminating in his running the HUL (and South Asia) Supply Chain from 2005 – 2010.
