Dear Sirs
This is to inform you that Mr. Vinay Mokashi has resigned from the post of Director and Wholetime Director of the Company wef close of business hours of 15 April 2020 and accordingly he also ceased as key managerial personnel pursuant to applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013.
Mr. Vinay has resigned due to his other personal commitments and wish to retire form service after a long association of over 20 years with the Company in various positions.
Mr. Vinay has confirmed that there is no other material reason except as mentioned above for his resignation.
Management and Directors accepted his resignation and appreciate his valuable contribution and long association with the Company and wish him all success in his future endeavor.
