     • (3)Status reports of 2021 employees and directors compensation distribution.

  • (1)Adoption of the 2021 Business Report and Financial Statements.

(2)Adoption of the Proposal for Distribution of 2021 Profits.

• (1)Proposal of Release the Prohibition on Directors from Participation in Competitive Business

1. The major items of the profit distribution proposed at the meeting of the Board of Directors are as follows:

   • It is proposed to allocate NT $341,252,075 for shareholders' dividends and distribute cash dividends, with NT $1.2 per share.
