Environmental Solutions International Limited ("ESI") requests a voluntary suspension on the trading of its securities effective immediately, pending release of an announcement.
The Company is in negotiations with a US Company and due to the time zone difference with the US, we expect to release the announcement within 48 hours.
ESI is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be given.
