Company Secretary Change

Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ASX: ECT ) ( ECT or Company ) wishes to advise that Mr Ju-Yup Lee has been appointed as Company Secretary effective today.

Mr Lee is an experienced compliance and corporate governance professional with over 9 years of experience. Mr Lee works closely with boards of both ASX listed and unlisted public companies across a range of industries.

Mr Lee will be the person responsible for communications with the ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters under Listing Rule 12.6.

The Company advises that Mr Justin Mouchacca has tendered his resignation as Company Secretary.
