Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ASX: ECT) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (‘ECT’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of ECT, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 27 March 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT – ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (ASX:ECT)
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ASX:ECT) ( ECT or the Company ) requests an immediate trading halt.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:

The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement ( Announcement ) in relation to a capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Wednesday 27 March 2024, or the Company releasing the Announcement.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
