Wednesday 21 December 2022: Environmental Clean Technologies Limited ( ECT or Company ) is pleased to announce that following receipt of shareholder approval at the Company’s Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) on 18 November 2022, the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, ECT Finance Limited ( ECTF ), is now taking expressions of interest for the Equity Lending Facility approved at the AGM.
