Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ASX: ECT) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (‘ECT’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of ECT, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 22 November 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ASX: ECT) (the Company) requests an immediate trading halt in the Company’s securities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1.

The Company is preparing an announcement regarding the renounceable rights issue.

We are not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, and we anticipate that the halt will be ended by an announcement by the Company on the status of the renounceable rights issue by 10am on Friday 22 November 2019.
