Re: Request for Voluntary Suspension

Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ASX: ESI) requests a voluntary suspension in the trading of its securities immediately following the expiry of the current Trading Halt today. The voluntary suspension is requested pending the finalisation of transactions in relation the Company’s capital management plan.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information:

• § A Trading Halt was granted on Monday 19 January 2016, pending the completion of a transaction;

• § The details of the transaction shall be the subject of an announcement that the Company expects to make within the next 72 hours;

• § The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remains in place until an announcement is made by the Company in relation to the transaction;

• § The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted; and

• § The Company is not aware of any further information necessary to inform the market of the voluntary suspension.
